Let me tell you about my absolute nightmare. What started as an attempt to order new glasses turned into the worst customer service experience ever. My goal in sharing this is to warn others from falling into the same trap. My glasses arrived with a scratch on the lens, and trying to even log in to my account was impossible. It felt like they deliberately make it impossible to speak with anyone, despite claiming phone availability. It was truly a horrible experience with poor quality control, compounded by a barrage of spammy emails multiple times per day. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Customer: I'm calling about an order I received, and frankly, I'm appalled. My new glasses have a visible scratch on the lens right out of the box. And to top it off, I couldn't even sign into my account to report it! I waited over two hours on the phone, twice, trying to reach someone!
