After receiving multiple pairs with the wrong prescription, I was informed that store credit isn't refundable, even when they made the mistakes. It's incredibly frustrating to be out money and still have no usable glasses because the lenses weren't even prescription quality. I just want a full refund at this point; I've had to go elsewhere to get functional lenses. CS Rep: I truly apologize for the inconvenience you've faced. After checking your orders, I see the subsequent replacements were made using store credit. Unfortunately, store credit is non-refundable as per our policy. Customer: That's the problem! I only took the store credit because your company messed up the first order! Your policy effectively traps customers when the fault is entirely yours. This isn't fair to me. CS Rep: I completely hear your frustration regarding the policy's impact in your situation. While a direct cash refund for the store credit isn't possible, let me consult with my supervisor to see what alternative solutions we can offer to address the repeated issues.
